edmnyc inc. was started by a group of nyc electronic dance music fans and enthusiasts that actually met while traveling to support this amazing music genre. we were all united by edm and we knew we had to share that with the world. we decided we needed to create a website that not only offered edm news, reviews and interviews, but so much more and most importantly information had to be easy to find, easy to access and share, specially in such a digital and busy world like the one we live in today. it all started while seeing sander van doorn at cielo in ny, then the next day at glow/fur in dc and then a week later at the guvernment in toronto followed by vision in chicago. we knew then that we all shared, aside from our support for sander, one common love, passion and drive; and like us, many people old and new in the scene wanted to share that same passion in as many ways as possible and it was then when we decided to create a portal to encompass this amazing music and share it with t
