Edmonton and Area Land Trust

the edmonton and area land trust is a non-profit regional land trust. we are dedicated to conserving natural environments in edmonton and the surrounding areas. we do this to benefit the wildlife and their habitat; to maintain the economic, health, and community benefits of natural areas; and to enhance residents'​ quality of life. ealt works to protect land permanently. we do this in three ways: - land acquisition through donation - conservation easements - education and stewardship. ealt works in partnership with governments and other non-profit organizations to achieve our goals. we also work with volunteers, communities, schools, and individual landowners to enhance habitat protection - making everyone part of the solution!
