Edmonton World Health Organization Simulation Conference

edmontonwho is a simulation of the world health organization at the university of alberta, inspired by monwho and calwho (at mcgill university and university of calgary, respectively). this project was founded on january 2014 under the leadership department of the golden key honors society. our hope is to create as close of a simulation to the world health organization as possible in an effort to bring awareness to the multi-dimensional and global aspect of healthcare in the modern world. since its founding, our team has grown to an executive committee of more than eight, along with dedicated teams attributed accordingly to various aspects of the project. our aim for edmontonwho 2016 is to create an event that is both educational and interactive. we would like our participants to play an active role in discussion of issues on healthcare. in essence, we are aiming for a two-way communication stream between our invited professionals speaking at the event and the participants. in addition
