edo offers a combination of traditional cuisine, called washoku, and contemporary japanese cuisine called seiyo-ryori (european influenced japanese techniques). menus feature fresh, high quality and seasonal ingredients. main courses include the traditional and exquisitely prepared miso-marinated black cod and grilled angus steak teriyaki as well as crispy tempura. delectable sashimi and sushi choices range from tiger tuna, goma hamachi, and exciting dragon rolls. we offer in restaraunt dining at our location on spadina road in the heart of the forest hill village. we also have a location at toronto western hospital and of course are also accessible at the scotiabank arena. our catering department is also expanding our offering from trays of sushi to full blown catered affairs.
