we make an impact where it matters most, educating for the future. by nurturing a community of teachers as learners, we empower them to drive a culture which promotes lifelong learning. whilst managing the apac division of a leading global education organisation, edp founders stephanie and james encountered a recurring problem: the lack of high-quality, affordable and accessible training for local teachers. this gap in the international education market inspired them to start their own company. in 2021, they founded edp group with the mission to provide all educators with the opportunity for lifelong learning. drawing on their considerable experience and respective networks in the education sector, they began by developing teachup, an online bilingual teacher training and professional development platform. now, edp continues to develop meaningful solutions that benefit all educators regardless of geographical location, language proficiency or socioeconomic status.
