edrt is a new restoration company in vancouver. we are finding that there is a lot about this industry that doesn’t work for the people involved in it. after being in operation for just over a year, we have received tons of really outstanding feedback regarding our work and level of service. we have a commitment to provide exceptional service, but we’ve been surprised at how completely blown away people are by it. it appears as though great service is rare in the industry. we consistently hear general complaints from all sides: insurance companies, brokers, adjusters and homeowners. we are out to change that! our goal is to create a completely new model for the industry, a level of service and quality of work that consistently surpasses everyone’s expectations.
