educare self-care studio is a private practice that provides services in counseling, self-care workshops and uses personal training as a treatment method for clients. educare self-care studio provides services for clients that have mental health challenge and/or have been labeled with a dual diagnosis or cognitive delay. provide services to youth who have unique educational needs, stress, family breakdown, gang involvement, substance abuse, youth justice involvement, domestic issues, (abuse and the impact on families) and violence and reunification through child welfare. educare self-care studio is dedicated to research and education in self care, social work and health to support client’s optimal health.
