who we are: educate to liberate consulting (e2lc) is a learning-focused consulting group founded, led & operated by men of color scholar-practitioners who apply critical race theory (crt), adaptive leadership, systems thinking and anti-racist practices to work with individuals, organizations and communities to engage, to educate and to liberate within the context of k-12 education, post-secondary institutions and the business/industry sector. we developed and use the r.e.a.l. (racial equity adaptive leadership) framework as an entry point to provide transformational professional learning, technical assistance and research & evaluation supports. we address the habits of mind and leadership moves critical to disrupt and dismantle inequitable systems, policies and procedures. our core work: 1. coaching, consulting & technical assistance 2. facilitation of adult professional learning we facilitate professional learning, focus groups, and customized trainings. some areas of focus: -
