education assess strategies (eas) assists boards with their most important duties in the “new normal” era, including head of school and other executive searches, board development, and fund raising. more than fifty independent schools and other non-profits nationwide have turned to eas help for their leadership searches--including more than twenty-five head of school, principal, or president searches--with a focus in the mid-atlantic and midwest regions.
