the education business partnership is in the business of engaging employers to work with young people to help develop skills and confidence in readiness for future employment. the supply chain of future talent has to be nurtured and invested in - business professionals have the potential to influence this. the ebp is an intermediary between the business and education sectors helping to match and prepare people to work together. we seek business volunteers and funding to develop inspiring programmes to develop work based skills and personal confidence. at the same time giving businesses an insight into future talent, raising awareness of their sectors and offering covert training to their employees. we have 24 years experience of building networks with business volunteers and have gained the confidence of local education providers to work with us. the ebp will work with businesses from almost any sector, we need people from all levels within those businesses. what they bring is their kn
