Education Equals Empowerment

our non-profit differs from current education charities and is based on three key observations: 1. families in developing countries often have more children than those in developed countries. 2. each child represents an “income potential” and often finds work to supplement the family’s income. 3. thus, the children must neglect formal education to work and gain money for their families. from these observations, we started the e=e. we seek target villages and look to give a stipend to families who educate their children. by incentivizing education over work, we hope to make the act of sending their children to school much more appealing than sending their children to work to earn more money.
