Education for All Children

education for all children (efac) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit currently working in kenya to provide mentoring, scholarships, and employment readiness to bright but impoverished students. youth unemployment is at crisis levels. youth accounts for 60% of all african unemployed (world bank survey). there is no quick fix. efac offers a 7-9 year replicable program that provides education and mentoring from high school through diploma or degree programs. it not only emphasizes skills but also leadership and community involvement so efac graduates will become mentors for other disenfranchised students and continue the cycle of education, empowerment and employment.
