Education Summit 2022: Systems Change

a summit focusing on big ideas and educational challenges in kansas and missouri: community relations curriculum transformation discipline redesign human resources. social-emotional health and well-being. a conduit to catalyze the transformation of education there are three components to the summit: the first will consist of a question-and-answer session by educators to decision-makers and leaders. the second will include a question-and-answer session by community members to educators, decision-makers, and leaders. the last component will entail break-out sessions and participants will create an action plan of change with academia, the community, businesses, and legislators. the education summit will do the following: 1. identify/present the issues challenging schools, districts, and the educational system in the kansas city metropolitan area as well as various regions in kansas and missouri 2. discuss these issues with decision-makers, stakeholders, and community members
