the education workforce innovation network (ewin) is an initiative of the center of excellence in leadership of learning (cell). ewin strategically supports regions across indiana in reaching the goal of 60 percent postsecondary attainment in a way that aligns with the realities of the workforce. pathways make students college and career ready by designing curricular programs grounded in the real world and engaging businesses in k-16 learning experiences. our strategies include: statewide alignment. ewin partners with agencies and organizations cross indiana to gather input, align strategies, and maximize efforts. networking. ewin connects regional leaders through a variety of virtual and in-person events and activities. regional development. ewin cultivates education-workforce partnerships to redesign systems that connect local learners to self-sustaining careers. longitudinal tracking. ewin is working with the iu public policy institute to pilot a performance measurement system
