tapping into school workforce commitment anyone can create and distribute a survey for teachers and support staff to complete. but once it is out there, there is an expectation it will make a difference. at educational engagement limited (eel) we are uniquely qualified to make that difference, combining a deep experience of practical in-school issues with world class talent management experience. our survey process is designed to tell the slt of a school not just how committed staff are, but what to do about it as well. the ofsted game has changed. the stakes are high. the pressure is on. leaders and staff can feel embattled or supported, depending on the mood in the school. schools are not powerless to address this issue, provided they have the right information to hand. with the introduction of the ofsted staff questionnaire as part of the inspection process, the basic response is to copy the survey in advance, so at least the slt know what staff will say. but how do we change things
