Educator's Forte

we are current and former educators. like you, we have experienced more than our fair share of non-relevant, sit-and-get professional development sessions that left us wanting for real development (and wanting our time back.) we believe the key to student success lies with educators. there are many outstanding curriculums, excellent digital programs, fantastic technology tools, and amazing resources available to educators and students today. many of them are useful for advancing student learning. but none of them, not even all of them combined, are of much use without outstanding, dedicated, and well-prepared educators. we believe there is a better way to do professional development. the best professional development is thoughtfully planned, ongoing, experiential, and collaborative. educator’s forte offers real professional development opportunities that not only build awareness-level knowledge and skill but bring that knowledge and skill to practice.
