we are an organization with love and passion for youth living in underprivileged circumstances in the favelas of rio de janeiro. aiming to provide this youth the opportunity to learn valuable life skills and to foster their development for a promising future, a future that we try to make brighter. we love equipping young people with the skills to achieve their full potential, with the ultimate goal of converting better jobs into better lives. we have various educational programs: complementary education where we focus on their character strengths and teach them social & life skills to build their character, strengthening academic skills and also providing extra-curricular education to develop their work skills for market needs.
