using metaverse / vr to deliver immersive 3d interactive learning experience to high-school learning. while technology and digitization has seen faster adoption during the pandemic, most have approached by digitizing entire textbooks. what would create a greater impact would be to pick portions of the syllabus that are best delivered through immersive 3d interactive content, and deliver them through ar-vr-xr devices varying based on the subscription model, extending the content of existing players who have built animations delivered through 2d media like mobile apps and web-pages. a group of professionals from the iit madras ecosystem passionate about education, and with expertise in applying technology to deliver results are coming together to build the next generation educational tools for the metaverse era.
