they call me the comics artist, but these play only as background to my artworks. i have always been an avid reader of mickey mouse, popeye, linus and superman. i consider these comic books true and authentic means of communication and narrative of life, which are told to us in a humorous key. i have the passion to collect old magazines, and to extrapolate pages that i can use in my works, on top of these, there is always a painted icon expressed in different shapes and colors. my art is a mixture of past and present, of comedy and reflection on the simple every day life. my works are exhibited in various public and private locations in italy and abroad; i participate in both collective and personal exhibitions. i like my works to be a source of joy and inspiration for collectors and art lovers.
