the edxus group is an education technology company, formed to acquire and develop e-learning businesses across europe. the education technology marketplace, also referred as ed tech or e-learning, is presenting all the characteristics (disruptive innovation within a high growth market that is highly fragmented and absent of a dominant player) of an attractive pre-consolidation phase industry, particularly suitable for a “buy and build” approach. the edxus group is a corporate vehicle that will be the consolidation catalyst of several innovative e-learning companies with the aim of creating the dominant european player. while our target e-learning companies will differ in scope and focus, they ultimately share 3 common goals: 1. to provide learners, teachers, institutions and professionals with innovative, efficient and engaging tools to manage, deliver and access learning. 2. to be the “best of breed” and achieve dominance through scale. 3. creating value for management and shareholder
