establishment eastern european council for education – ghana (eece) is an educational consultancy firm which is focused mainly on assisting students to study in eastern part of europe at an affordable tuition fees. the council was formed by dr. shazard najym, dr. richard turkson and dr. lucy donkor in collaboration with various universities in ukraine, czech republic, russia, turkey, belarus, & georgia. operations started in 2009 in ternopil, ukraine before moving to ghana in 2011. administration the head office operations for eastern european council for education in africa is located in accra, ghana, west africa. the administration is essential in supporting the vision and mission of the council and its stakeholders. spanning several offices across the african continent, the administration deals with both local and international correspondences and issues concerning our stakeholders. vision statement leading council in africa providing efficient and quality access to education.
