het streekfonds ‘een hart voor limburg’ is een koepel waaronder heel uiteenlopende initiatieven voor het goede doel in limburg kunnen thuishoren. initiatieven voor de steun aan sociale projecten, maar ook andere zoals natuur, sport, erfgoed,… al sinds 2004 verleent ‘een hart voor limburg’ financiële steun aan projecten die kansarmoede en achterstelling van kinderen in limburg bestrijden. onder impuls van een bestuurscomité, partners, vrijwilligers en bekende ambassadeurs, zoals koen buyse, andrea croonenberghs, dana winner, luc appermont, enz., worden er elke jaar tientallen acties opgezet om fondsen in te zamelen. het streekfonds ‘een hart voor limburg’ zet zich in om de lokale solidariteit en verdraagzaamheid te stimuleren. onze missie is dan ook initiatieven om de ontwikkeling en de verbetering van de levensomstandigheden voor kinderen in limburg te steunen. om deze doelstelling waar te maken werft het streekfonds op een actieve wijze fondsen in de lokale gemeenschap, die gebruikt w
