the ‘’hellenic company for rolling stock maintenance s.a’’ was established in march 2013 and started its activities in the maintenance and proper operation of railway rolling stock in september 2013. the company’s main customers are trainose, the greek state, and ose, whilst the company's goal is to expand its business to light and urban railways, as well as create collaborations with foreign operators and penetrate new markets. e.e.s.s.t.y. s.a. has a european certificate as a responsible body of wagon maintenance (ecm), in accordance with the provision enacted by the european union in 2011, where the circulation of freight wagons to the european railway network should be certified.
