Ef Homes

ef homes is a home builder with a purpose. we offer exclusively, steel framed homes with an average size of 2000 square feet and under. we want to make home ownership available to everyone so we keep building cost down and offer the best available home for the price point. we have partnered up with local finance agencies to help the credit challenged consumer finance-able. we want renters to have other options rather than throwing money away on rent each month. housing is not a luxury but is treated as such when individuals have credit issues. we feel the laws need to be changed, or at least tweaked so that people are not found homeless due to their personal credit.
