Efa (Trading) Limited

efa (trading) ltd (efa(t)) is the commercial arm of the essex fire authority. although we 'trade for profit'​ each year we make a charitable donation of our profits to support fire safety in the communities. to date this is over £500,000 as well as assisting with the supply of fire appliances & equipment to needy communities worldwide. efa(t) have two distinct areas we trade in. - engineering services, where we maintain vehicles at the colchester workshops and provide secure disposal of used fire vehicles & equipment - training services, where we provide training courses for professional & commercial firefighters. a list of upto date training courses can be found on our website www.essex-fire.gov.uk/professional__commercial_training/ both sections work in partnership with essex county fire & rescue services
