sourcing and recruitment, business skills training and job placement services; we are nonprofit operating in the field of education and employment with a focus on the first-job market segment. we collect and use intelligence on employer needs in entry-level jobs and tailor training programs for fresh graduates in accordance with employer needs. since 2008, we have trained over 7000 participants, with 80% job placement and 78% job retention rates. our women's participation rate is 54%. education for employment-egypt (efe-egypt) is an independent nonprofit registered as a foundation with the egyptian ministry of social solidarity (moss). it is also an affiliate of education for employment global network, with affiliate and global nonprofits in the u.s., spain, u.a.e., saudi arabia, jordan, palestine, yemen, tunisia, and morocco.
