efficiency ninja’s mission is to assist local seniors with getting their homes ready to sell, as well as, handling their downsizing and moving needs in a way that ensures the renovation and move process is as painless and stress-free as possible. owner, linda cantella, is passionate about helping her clients translate a need or a dream into a reality. her first move was a request from a neighbor in clearwater who dreamed of selling her home and moving into a local senior living community but didn’t know how to manage the details of a move. linda utilizes her 30-year corporate project management expertise to plan, track, and execute renovations and moves for her clients. she works closely with renovation vendors, estate sale staff/auctioneers, and movers to ensure their part of each move is executed without issues. she negotiates with her vendors to get the best value for her clients. she communicates with her clients (and their families) throughout the project to ensure they have
