i’m a fitness fanatic and i want to share my passion in getting you to move more. i love to unleash the inner active person in people, whether it’s through running, triathlon or simply hiking in gatineau park! i’m fitness professional, specializing in triathlon and running. i love to be active and outdoors, and i also dabble in various activities including yoga, hockey, golf, hiking, cross-country skiing and football. i’m one of 13 certified chirunning instructors in canada, having completed my instructor training in california in 2009 and teaching with chirunning founder danny dreyer in florida. i’ve taught the technique to close to 250 people around canada in the last 2 years. as an instructor, a coach and an active public speaker, i try to bring a diverse and entertaining approach to my sessions. i’m looking forward to helping people move injury-free, get active and bring up the quality of life!
