a wellness consulting and coaching company that helps corporate women and business owners who are stressed, overwhelmed, and just plain tired take back their health and self-care by creating stress reduction, exercise, and nutrition habits that fit their busy schedules. we women tend to put our health and self-care on the back burner to give and be of service to others. when we don't have much to give, our work, our business, and our relationships suffer. the mission of effifit is to make health and self-care a priority and integral part of a professional woman's life which will allow her to have increased energy and productivity to tackle all that life throws at her. all health coaching is individualized and specific to the woman being coached to ensure that it fits into her life without have to completely overhaul her entire life to be more healthful. the idea of consistency and creating habits is used in order to maintain the changes made.
