Efqm in Association With Future Zero

efqm in association with futurezero hosted our organisational transformation to net zero webinar on 9 december 2021. setting the context in an early analysis of cop26 outcomes and their implications for the long-term viability of all organisations, not just those engaged in carbon-intensive activities, futurezero argues that moving to a net zero economy means transformative change not just transition. we discussed the challenges that leaders and boards of organisations face now and not just in the long term. who needs (and how) to put that on their agenda. and the organisational capabilities that will be required to effect that transformation. we also introduced the opportunity for followers of this page to participate in testing a draft version of the net zero lens questionnaire, based on the efqm model, and act as a critical friend to futurezero & efqm by providing feedback before the net zero lens joins the efqm assessbase platform.
