as a consultant i am conveying between internal and external stakeholders of all hierarchy levels, clarifying inter-dependencies and ensure successful collaboration (e.g. between management, agency, marketing, engineering and product management). as an interaction designer i develop low to hi-fi prototypes in axure, sketch, invision, justinmind, principle. i prepare user tests, write test plans and questionnaires. as an expert in information architecture and content strategy for corporate websites, self services, online conclusion/contracting i create engaging visual concepts that meet both, the business and the target user, from mobile to desktop.
