egoless leadership training focuses on guiding managers through inner work to become authentic, empathetic, dynamic, and fully themselves. ego -- our false sense of self -- is often the barrier to true authenticity and therefore real, meaningful, and effective relationships at work. this often leads to turnover and poor retention rates, ultimately negatively affecting performance, growth and culture. only through understanding and examining the various dynamics and constrictions of our ego can we really embody true leadership. the curricula and workshops i provide translate ancient wisdom teachings, modern psychology, communication frameworks, and mindfulness into the day-to-day challenges of the workplace.
