the egyptian student union in the uk & ireland (esuuk) is the official representative of egyptian phd and channel scheme, governmental as well as non-governmental students commencing their studies in the uk and ireland. the union works towards effective communication between students scientifically, culturally and socially. one of the main aims of the union is to demonstrate excellent research carried out by egyptian students in the uk and ireland, for that, the union celebrates students’ achievements annually. the union works on a “low walls” policy, where information and experience can be efficiently conveyed between students, as well as to and from the sponsors (egyptian educational and cultural bureau-london).
