Ehacks Events

ehacks events is a nonprofit organization dedicated to youth education and enrichment. our mission is to create events that inspire students to take action on issues affecting their lives while developing skills that prepare them for the modern, technical workforce. ehacks hosts an annual 24-hour impact-driven 'hackathon' in which students code, design, and pitch solutions to pressing social issues in our community. in the past, these issues encompassed topics such as covid-19 education and relief, supporting underrepresented groups, eco-living, and mental health initiatives. ehacks is open to all students across the globe, though historically, over 90% of our competitors originate from southwestern ontario. our grand vision is to empower all students with the knowledge, resources, and skills necessary to differentiate themselves in a competitive, globalized job market. through this vision, we hope to help our students avoid substantial periods of unemployment, regardless of what th
