ehl - oenology committee - lausanne is an ehl student-run group that unites wine lovers from around the world. committee members are not only passionate about wine but also aim to take their knowledge to a new professional dimension. weekly tastings are organized in order to share and expand wine knowledge and each week is dedicated to a different theme, region, or grape variety, often featuring external guests. the weekly meetings allow committee members to train their wine knowledge in order to participate in wine tasting competitions hosted by other schools and universities. millésime is part of the ehl oenology committee and is responsible for organizing an annual wine tasting competition at école hôtelière de lausanne, gathering oenology teams from around the world. the millésime event features a field trip to lavaux, a wine tasting competition, guest speakers, a gala dinner, and more. unfortunately, due to covid, the 10th edition had to be postponed until further notice. fro
