ehnoo! is a not for profit, social enterprise supporting mental health. we want to help individuals, families and communities understand what mental health is and where it comes from but more importantly, what you can do about it! we do this in a number of ways but one of the ways we support communities is by recycling unused employee assistance programmes because very often employee assistance programmes are under-utilised. by partnering with us ehnoo! we ensure that any employers unused or under-utilised counselling support is made available to support people within your community. it doesn’t end there, we also offer a range of services designed to educate, support and empower individuals to understand why certain things may be good for maintaining mental health. in order to do this we also need to dispel some of the myths surrounding mental health. we begin by launching our free introductory yoga and mindfulness sessions this autumn and we would urge you to sign up for these
