the european institute for certified public controllers association is the professional organisation for public controllers. the association is the owner of the european protected professional title cpc and of the curriculum for public controlling. the core of the association are the cpc-members who have attained the professional title through successfully completing the post-academic public controlling mastercourse. in addition, students following the public controlling course are automatically aspirant members of the association. they are employed in all divisions of government and non-profit organisations.
