eikon is a veteran owned and operated company with 20+ years of military service between its founding partners. with extensive military backgrounds and with both founders working in the staffing and recruiting field prior to opening their own company, it was realized very early on that due to ethical reasons and their impeccable core values that were enhanced by their military service, that the only way to ensure that candidates and companies were being treated properly was to open their own business. thus, the doors to eikon were opened, and a successful business based on hard work and key core values was established.
