education innovators kosova eik- is a non-profit organization which was established with the purpose to support and empower young people from different communities to develop new ideas to tackle the big challenges of our time in the field of education, innovation, and entrepreneurship. eik focus on carrying out activities related to the development of innovative ideas with different communities living in kosovo. at its beginning, eik worked on fighting corruption in the recruitment process of school staff through tech tool innovation by providing transparency, accountability, effective governance, and justice employment at the directorate of education in mitrovica municipality in kosovo supported by the european fund for balkans. since then eik has widened its network and started working with a different organization and public institution on implementing several projects.
