eildon management provides independent non-executive services and support to businesses. these services can cover vision, strategy, plannning, commercial development, business health checks, leadership coaching, and short-term interim management. we are not theorists proffering consultancy, but genuine partners to client management teams offering impartial practical advice and support based upon our direct experience as ceos and non-executives. in addition, as eildon finance, we work alongside a small group of trusted partners as an extended team to advise on, and deliver, financing for our clients. this includes equity and debt provision, financial structuring, and asset finance (including working capital finance).
