einstein properties was founded here in 2014. in 2010, we bought our first investment property to rehab. 6 months later, that little house in orting was done, and a passion was born. we knew immediately that we wanted to do this as a business, but we didn’t know just how much fun it could actually be. over the next couple years, we flipped a few houses, but it wasn’t until 2013 that we really got going! in 2013, we bought, fixed up, and sold 16 houses, primarily in pierce county. there are a lot of people “flipping houses”, but we feel that we give ours the special touches that make them unique and one of a kind, just like einstein.
