e-j psychotherapy & counselling helps you (re-) make meaningful connections with the most important person you know…you. as a result of e-j’s own career & experiences, she has an understanding of the many emotional & physical challenges you can experience in work and in other areas of your life, despite looking successful on the outside. she has a particular interest in supporting leaders and managers psychotherapeutically and providing a relationship where they can be seen more completely, not just in terms of their roles and responsibilities. having spent an entire career in predominately white & male spaces, as a black woman, e-j understands some of the code switching and impact on a person’s sense of self that this can cause. she also knows what it is to have your difference unseen, unacknowledged, dismissed and not valued. so e-j has a particular passion for those who grapple with their identity or aspects of it. e-jp&c also provides a space for those who want to explore their o
