in today’s information and communication social media world, our paradigm isn't shifting – it’s shifted. there are three options facing every business owner and every sales person: ignore it: (pretend you can keep doing the same thing and expect different results – einstein would disagree) figure it out: (pay with your time and hope you have the skill-sets to get it done) pay for it: (hire someone to work internally or bring on a team to make it work – externally) telecommunication products have evolved at such a rapid pace that it is hard to keep up with what is truly effective and not just trendy. social media has taken the personal world by storm and now it is filtering into the business community. it is just not enough to focus on effective communication anymore. if companies are going to survive the new virtual, multi-media environment they need to be focused on one thing that is bigger than technology and social media, that one thing is connecting effectively. effective connectin
