ecogeospatial, l3c is a machine learning consultancy specializing in using data science to provide customized solutions regions affected by major infrastructure incidents. we are developing the generalized infrastructure restoration machine learning model (girml) for this purpose. it is based initially on geospatial power grid datasets from municipalities in puerto rico, across multiple geographies and multiple time frames, before maria and after maria. girml has the ability to project modern, science-based restoration best practices and technologies specific to those geographic circumstances. the girml mapping interface tool will encircle the next major power grid incident affecting large populations: hurricane, flood, fire, or other. girml will offer the best possible solutions, using the best available data, anywhere in the world, to provide the most effective path for rebuilding, saving time, property, and lives.
