we are focused on urban housing. we indians are 1.27 billion people and 60% of us are below 35. as the population goes up and so does the urbanization. just for instance projections are that we will be 1.46 billion and urbanization will reach 40.76% as against 31.17 now. you can imagine that there will be a 9.59% gain or 138 million in urban india. these people will be young and on one hand we need to skill them and on the other create jobs. we can see high rise, moderately priced smaller apartments to become a trend.
