i.b.e.i.a.m. is on a mission to increase the number of knowledgeable adolescents about the importance of knowing and accepting themselves. to motivate the individual to make a positive change in themselves in order to be a positve influence on their surroundings. founder and director siana walker will host a 7 week youth leadership and empowerment program in group homes, adolescent treatment facilities, foster home centers, and afterschool programs in los angeles, ca. the goal of the “7 steps to perfection” workshop is to provide tools to help adolescents with learning, loving, and developing a strong foundation. the children acquire motivation and confidence to deal with unexpected life circumstances. our goal is to help youth find the joy, satisfaction, and fulfillment that comes from finding out where their true passion lies. we encourage self-reliance while having motivation to support peers with their goals and aspirations.
