i.t. recruitment consultant certification has two main goals. 1) to give the i.t. recruitment consultant a solid grounding in the inner workings of the i.t. industry so that they can actually consult with the client and define their requirements through better understanding . 2) develop your skill in candidate assessment in order for you to be able to pre-qualify the candidate before cv submission. wither you work in the h.r. department of a large i.t recruiter or you are yourself an i.t recruitment consultant this certification will give you the background to do your job successfully.
