I Too Can Mentorship Program

we believe that everyone deserves equitable opportunities to achieve their career goals irrespective of race, ethnicity, gender or socioeconomic status. founded in 2016, i too can (itc) is a non-profit organization that, through research-informed mentorship models, helps black students who face systemic and economic barriers build their professional skills and achieve their academic and career goals. itc increases access to career resources and assists students with their applications to canadian professional schools (e.g. medicine, pharmacy, law) through formal mentoring and skills-based workshops. itc is a cohort-based mentorship program, where each cohorts consist of 2 mentors and up to 5 mentees with a common goal (e.g. applying to medical school).
