initiative for vulnerable children ( ivc) is a voluntary and nonpolitical organization which was set up by a group of people within this community and local leaders concerned with the plight of increased vulnerability of the youth. this category of people is unemployed and lacked skills to find or create their own employment. both youths and children were engaging in risky activities including prostitution, commercial sex, gambling, robbery, sell and consumption of illegal drugs.
