we are two toronto actors involved with many community theater groups that spent way too much time asking ourselves “what year did we do that show again?” or “what was the name of the girl/guy who played the lead?” or “i wonder if so and so has done any other shows?” – a solution was necessary! we set out to dream up a platform where we can showcase all of the hard work that people and communities put towards their labor of love for theater because let’s face it each and every one of us involved in community theater is kind of a big deal for spending hours on end building/striking sets, getting covered in glitter from sewing costumes, painting props, driving trucks, jumping in to a show last minute because ‘they just need more people’, rehearsing late into the night and still going to work in the morning and convincing friends and family that you have not joined a cult because they never see you anymore – all for the love of putting on a show! so make it official by letting people kno
